This excursion is around 7 hours at sea, and approximately 9-10 hours in total including transportation.
The departure to Isla Saona is located in Bayahibe, a small fishing town about a one hour drive from the resorts in Punta Cana.
Yes, round-trip transportation is included in the quoted price.
There are no docks in the area, you will be transported in a small boat to your catamaran.
Normally the menu is Lobster, shrimp, spaghetti pomodoro, barbecued chicken, grilled pork, vegetables, rice, salad, coffee, cake. But please note there is no Lobster served between March 1-June 30 due to the Nationwide Lobster ban for conservation.
The pickup time is normally between 8 and 8:30 am

I don't normally write reviews, but felt compelled to share our experience here. I booked a private charter for our group on line from home (Canada) the team responded promptly via email with the quote and details and once we arrived in Punta Cana there was frequent and clear communication. The day of our excursion, the crew were ready for us, right on time. They were fun and friendly and very accommodating. The water was a bit choppy the day we went out and two of our gang weren't feeling the best so they sent a boat to pick them up and return them to land!! I cannot say enough good things about them. Great food, great music, drinks, service that was caring, fun and friendly.

I chartered a yacht excursion to Saona Island for my wife, as a surprise for her 50th birthday. Afterward, my wife said their personal guide, the boat crew, and all involved at Punta Cana Tours provided an amazing experience for her and her four guests. We just returned from Punta Cana last week and used Punta Cana tours to rent the “Dream Sail” for our group of 15. Absolutely incredible experience!! We arrived on the boat to an open bar, so many appetizers and a DJ. We were unable to snorkel due to the ocean conditions, but they absolutely made the experience unforgettable. They took us to a sandbar where everyone was able to get out and swim. They even brought drinks down to the water for us. All of the crew was amazing and made the experience so fun! We Will absolutely be booking this again next year!
