They're very flexible. They arranged to pick us up right at our hotel, and our driver, Jhon, was incredibly kind and made us feel completely at ease. The boat captains were also very friendly and really added to our wonderful experience.

This excursion was such a fun adventure from start to finish. The crew and staff were amazing, and special thanks to Yeny for making the day even better. The open bar was great, and one of the coolest parts was when they brought out a floating bar while we were in the water. The natural pool area was more like a shallow sandbar beach, but with all the boats gathered together it turned into a really fun party atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this trip if you’re looking for a shorter but exciting excursion in Punta Cana.

We rented the Malibu today with Julio and his crew, and they were absolutely fantastic. The captain kept everyone entertained the entire trip and brought a lot of energy and fun to the experience. The snorkeling was great, with plenty of fish to see, and the bartender was friendly and generous with the drinks. Overall, it was a great experience for our whole group. We traveled with four other families, mostly parents in their 40s with kids ranging from 5 to 15 years old, and everyone had an amazing time

Thanks to Yeny and crew as everything was organized perfectly from pickup to drop-off. The drinks were flowing, the music kept the atmosphere fun, and the entire excursion was an amazing experience from start to finish. I had such a great time and would definitely do it again on my next trip to Punta Cana.
